[TRAILER] ROB ZOMBIE RESURRECTS THE FIREFLY FAMILY FOR ‘3 FROM HELL’

Read Time:1 Minute, 21 Second

“I suggest you get ready to BURN.”

I’m going to start this thing out with an Unpopular Opinion. I like Rob Zombie’s original works. It took me a bit to come around on House of 1,000 Corpses, but The Devil’s Rejects is, like, objectively awesome. Plus, I even love the hell out of Lords of Salem and think 31 is schlocky fun! Hell, I’m pretty sure I own all of them!

So, it stands to reason; I’m probably going to at least LIKE 3 From Hell, the seemingly “final movie” in his Firefly Saga.

Here recently we got a slight teaser for the incoming movie. It doesn’t really tell or show us much (and honestly seems pretty pre-occupied with reminding us about the reception to the first two), but it looks like a return to form for the former rocker turned auteur. We got a super weird line read from Sheri Moon. Some choice Bill Moseley and Sid Haig scenery-chewin’. A few juicy cameos. Plus, a machine-gun toting Luchador?! That’s good shit right there.

I guess my only real question is, didn’t they all die at the end of The Devil’s Rejects? It has been a while since I’ve spun that up, but I feel like that had a pretty thematically sound ending note for the Fireflies. I don’t know. I’m sure a tiny bit of retconning went into this new script.

But what do y’all think? Are you excited 3 From Hell? Do YOU like Lords of Salem as much as I do? Let us know in the comments below.
